A hearty and traditional Scottish Farmhouse Cheddar with a firm, fondant-like texture that tends to be slightly more compact than other Cheddar's.
Made on the Scottish West Coast, the cows are fed on spent whiskey grains giving this cheddar a fruity, sharp and a signature tangy flavour.
