From the Burgundy region in France and created by Jean Lincet of Fromagerie Lincet, triple cream is added to the unpasteurised cows milk making this cheese rich, velvety & decadent.

TRUFFLE GOUDA - 150G -
Wild Garlic Yarg is hand made in open vats from grass-rich Cornish milk. Matured for five weeks, it takes on an  unmistakable flavour and yet whispers rather than shouts its name. Deliciously different.

YORKSHIRE BLUE  - 150G -
Creamy, sweet and mild, Yorkshire Blue is an ideal introduction to blue cheese.
Yorkshire Blue is mild, soft, creamy and blue veined.
Made from happy Yorkshire cows' milk, this wonderful cheese is sweet and buttery with no sharp bite.

BARON BIGOD - 150G -
A creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese handmade on the farm by Jonny and the team, from their own raw Montbeliarde cows milk. It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours.

RED FOX - 150G -
Red Fox Cheese is an aged Red Leicester with a cunningly unexpected crunch. It has a russet colour and a wonderful rugged mouth-feel with a hint of 'crunch' which the cheese has developed through watchful maturation then leaves the palate with a lingering flavour and desire for more.
