TRUFFLE GOUDA - 200G -
Dutch farmhouse cheese made of raw milk with Italian black truffle from the mountains. Ripened on wooden planks for only 8 weeks the gentle taste of this Gouda and intense aroma of the truffle form an unlikely, yet irresistible combination.
DELICE DE BOURGOGNE - 200G -
From the Burgundy region in France and created by Jean Lincet of Fromagerie Lincet, triple cream is added to the unpasteurised cows milk making this cheese rich, velvety & decadent.
GORGONZOLA DOLCE - 200G -
Meaning "sweet" in Italian, Gorgonzola Dolce DOP is a soft, blue, buttery cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk. It has a pale yellow, buttery and melty paste speckled with a homogeneous distribution of blue and green veins. The rind is compact, rough, hard and grey/pinkish in colour but not edible.
Flavours are not very assertive but sweet, mild with notes of sour cream and lactic tang.
DARK RINDED MANCHEGO - 200G -
Made from exclusively Ewe's milk, and from only Manchega sheep.
Manchego is distinct in its sharp, salty and lingering flavor but also recognisable for more than it's flavour. Manchego's appearance is just as iconic: a dark brown rind imprinted with a plaited pattern.
SALAMI MILANO - 150G -
Traditional salami made with specially selected cuts of Italian pork seasoned with garlic and spices, slowly dry cured.
SPANISH CHORIZO - 150G -
Spanish Chorizo is traditionally made with chopped pork meat and pork fat and seasoned with paprika and garlic. It's instantly recognisable deep red colour is a stand out characteristic of chorizo given by a special blend of paprika known as "Pimenton". Baked by hand, Miller's chose potatoes to create a cracker base as friable as earth itself, with a texture that first crumbles then melts in the mouth. With added beetroot and spinach to give our cracker an earthy sweetness.
